Russian Picnic

July 4, 2002, Ron MacLean writes: Here's a Russian corkscrew I found last Sunday morning. It is 2 5/8 inches long made of steel with the caplifter welded in place. The worm stores in the tube and locks in place in the tube with a slotted opening. The worm can fall out of the storage space if not careful.

The worm stores in the tube and is secured inside the pourer, then the four cups surround it and are placed in the fitted leather case. Each cup is marked MADE IN GERMANY U. S. ZONE.
